This seminar, sponsored by Baptist Adult Day Health Services and First Baptist-
Jackson Summit Counseling, is designed to help caregivers cope with the constant demands on their lives. Presenters include Molly Meeks, M.S., N.C.C., and Andy Wimberly, President and C.E.O. of Wimberly & Associates. A free continental breakfast will be served at 8:15 a.m., and the conference will begin at 9 a.m. Social work continuing education units (SWUs) have been applied for through the National Association of Social Workers.

Baptist Adult Day Health Services and the Alzheimer’s Association will host an Alzheimer’s Support Group Meeting the third Tuesday of each month from 11:00 a.m. until 12:30 p.m. The meetings are free and will be held in the conference room next to Baptist Adult Day Health Services-Clinton at 503 E. Baptist Offers Free Cancer Rehab Classes
Baptist's Cancer Rehab Program is offered Tuesdays and Thursdays at 2:00 p.m. every week at no cost in the Activity Room of the Hederman Cancer Center, 1227 North State Street, Jackson, Miss. To register, call the Baptist Health Line at 1-800-948-6262 or 601-948-6262. The class helps cancer patients enhance cardiovascular strength and endurance and immune system and bone density. It helps to increase overall strength and stamina, decrease fatigue, weight loss and improve digestion.
